These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Echoes of the Forest, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Western North Carolina ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Echoes of the Forest transforms Hurricane Helene–salvaged timber into handcrafted public art installations across Western North Carolina, supporting Appalachian artisans, environmental education, and community healing. Our website provides information about our mission, installations, artisans, events, and ways to support our work.

Unless otherwise noted, the content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and images of artwork — is the property of Echoes of the Forest or its artists and partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The artwork featured on this site is the creative work of individual artisans. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Please contact us if you would like to request permission or use of images.
Donations to Echoes of the Forest are processed through a third-party platform and are subject to that platform's terms. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
Information about commissioning a piece is provided for general purposes. Submitting a commission inquiry or other form does not create a binding agreement. Any commission or partnership will be governed by separate terms agreed upon directly between you and Echoes of the Forest.
Our website may include links to, or content from, third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and providing a link does not imply our endorsement.
